Kashi Lemongrass Coconut Chicken

This was dinner tonight. B had some late appointments so I was on my own. It's the first Kashi frozen dinner that I've tried, though I have tried many of the other products. SO good. Fresh tasting, filling, lots of different flavors and textures. Delicious.
