This is where the magic happens and where we get to the DOING part. We will work simultaneously to achieve the goal we agree in the kick-off call. I will be here to offer guidance, encouragement and support. I won’t just be watching you work - I will be mucking in too! Whether it’s researching storage solutions to suit your budget or putting birthday reminders in your calendar, there’s plenty I can do for you remotely.

2 Weeks of Follow-on Support

While the Action Plan tells you exactly what to do next, change will only come when it actually happens! To help you see the plan through, I will be available on Voxer to offer encouragement, friendly accountability and guidance as you work through the plan.

Do I have to turn my video on?

For Your Uncomplicated Home, it is essential that I can see your space in order to understand the challenges you face properly and to know how to guide you. Please be assured that I will not judge you in any way, and I will not record or use any footage or images of your home unless you consent to me doing so.


It is helpful to have video on for Life Admin Uncomplicated sessions too, but if you would rather not, that’s OK.

I’m embarrassed to show you the state of my home

Please, please, please don’t be embarrassed! Trust me when I tell you that I have been in your shoes and that I will not judge you in any way. Also, know that I can’t wait to get stuck helping you sort it all out! The messier and more cluttered space is to start with, the greater the impact once we’ve sorted it all out, and I can’t wait to help you get to those results! I won’t record or use any footage or images of your home unless you consent to me doing so. You are entirely in control.

Will you post pictures of my home online?

Not if you don’t want me to. You are 100% in control. I will always ask your permission.

I don’t know what I need or want, but I know I want life to be easier

That’s absolutely fine, and not uncommon! My job in our kick-off call is to figure that out for you. I will ask you many questions to get to the root of the problem and to prioritise the steps we can take to have the biggest and quickest impact on your life.

Firstly, please know that you are not alone. So many people feel exactly the same way, and it makes me sad because it is not your fault. Read that again. We live in a world where we are led to believe that we just need to try harder or be better to keep all the plates spinning but that simply isn’t true, nor is it possible. What we need to do is to make our lives easier - and no-one teaches us how to do that! But I will 🙂

What’s Voxer?

It’s a free messaging app that allows you to send text and voice messages. The voice messaging feature is particularly helpful - it’s a bit like a walkie-talkie. You can ask me questions, talk through something you're struggling with, or just tell me what you’re working on. I will be your cheerleader, I can send you prompts and reminders (if that is helpful!) and give guidance on what to do next.
