Whether you have an actual to-do list, or a constant stream of things you need to do popping up in your head, the relentlessness of “things you need to do” is out of control.
You wake up, tumble through as many tasks as humanly possible, and fall into bed. But there are still hundreds of things left to do when you wake up.
Everywhere you look and every conversation you have either adds a new item to the list, or reminds you of one that’s already there.
You crave more time to just be.
Whether it’s to sit and enjoy a cuppa without your brain whirring at 100mph, picking up a book, or playing with the kids without feeling distracted by all the jobs you still need to do.
You're probably wondering when life got so hectic...?
You’ve might have tried:
Getting your partner to do more, or paying for help, but that brings new problems and it’s easier to just do it yourself
Cutting things from your to-do list, but everything feels essential and the thought of skipping anything fills you with guilt or stress
Various planners, apps and productivity methods, but somehow things still pile up
Surely there’s more to life?
Hi, I'm Lesley!
I’m an Efficiency Expert, mum of 2 sleep thieves, Mental Load Mentor and Lifestyle Manager.
For 15 years, my day job has literally been to find quicker and easier ways to do things, and I’ve become pretty good at it.
When sleep deprivation hit as a new mum, there was no way I could get everything done on such little sleep. So I found another way.
I ruthlessly prioritised, I let things go, I found quicker ways of doing things. I made sure I could catch up on sleep.
My eldest is now 4 years old and I use the same tactics to juggle daily life, life events and extra-juggly times of the year, and help others do the same.
It's amazing what a difference an outside perspective can make.

Think of me as your life-simplifying wingwoman. I’ll be in your pocket (via Whatsapp messages), ready to help with everyday stuff that is taking all your energy, driving you nuts and eating up all your free time.

I found the process of talking things through with Lesley incredibly helpful. Verbally laying things out and getting them out of my head helped reduce the power they had and I could ‘see’ them more clearly.
Lucy

Lesley helped me to see that I could take more control and she suggested some really simple, practical steps I could put into practice right away.
Megan

Our chat empowered me to prioritise the things that make me happy. I can now see a clear path to reaching a better balance.

Some of the things I've helped people to do:
Permanently remove things from their to-do lists (things they hadn't thought of before)
Get their laundry under control
Let go of "shoulds" and do things less often to save themselves time
Find (and ringfence) time for themselves
Prepare for parenthood
Get a better work-life balance
Declutter and reorganise their homes
Re-organise their kitchen to get rid of small everyday frustrations of using that space
And don’t worry if you have no idea what you need or want - that's very normal. I'm well versed in helping the most tired of brains so if it's easier to simply turn up and for me to take the lead, that's fine.
What's Included?
6 weeks of 1-2-1 mentoring to lighten your mental load, shorten your to-do list, and free up time for things you actually WANT to do.

How I Do Things

Relaxed and flexible
Message me during my office hours, or send me your thoughts whenever they pop up (on your dog walk, the moment something does your head in, or at 3am when your brain won’t switch off).
Long rambles, tiny voice notes, scattered thoughts…whatever works for you.
You can be super chatty one week and quieter the next. It’s designed to flex with your mood, energy, and whatever life throws at you.
I’m here when you need me, and I won’t hassle you when you don’t.

No new tools or logins
We’ll use WhatsApp messages and voice notes to chat, because you probably already have it (if you don’t we can use an alternative messaging app) and you don’t have to remember any login details, so that’s one less thing to worry about.
WhatsApp allows us to chat whilst going about our normal lives - you don’t have to be sitting at a computer at a certain time and it definitely doesn’t matter if you’re still in your pjs.

"Office hours"
You can message me anytime and I will reply at these times:
Monday 1-2pm / 8-9pm
Wednesday 8-9pm
Thursday 1-2pm / 8-9pm
Sunday 1-2pm / 8-9pm
We can chat back-and-forth quickly, or with pauses (whether a few minutes or a few days). Both work brilliantly. And in fact those gaps to reflect are often where the magic happens.

Results, fast
I know you’re busy. That’s why you’re here! Our chats won’t be filled with polite chit-chat; we will get straight to the point. I will guide you towards quick wins that will make your week feel instantly lighter.

Who this service is for

Your to-do list takes up too much time, energy and headspace but you can’t imagine how to make it smaller
You are open to exploring different ways of doing things if it means you get more time and headspace for yourself
You are able and ready to dedicate a little bit of time to make change happen (15-30 mins a week squeezed around your other commitments is great - more if you want it), knowing it is worth it in the long run
FAQs
15-30 minutes a week is great, although you can speak to me more than that if you'd like. I know you are busy, and I've carefully designed my approach to fit around eveything else you have going on.
I recommend WhatsApp but I'm happy to use most other messaging apps if you have a preference.
WhatsApp works well because you probably already have it on your phone and know how to use it, and it's free!
You can send me written messages or leave voice notes - or a combination.
Yes! I'm glad you asked. I offer free 30 minute calls (called Quick Fixer) following the same approach, so you can see how it works and if you think I'm the right person to help you. Find out more here.
My Promise
It's really important to me that you find my products and services helpful. So, if you don't feel that you got your money's worth out of this purchase, just let me know within 30 days and I will be happy to refund you. (This hasn't happened yet).
