After a busy day, you just want to get dinner over and done with so you can sit quietly and stare at the TV for a bit before bed.

Instead, you find yourself wracking your brains trying to figure out what on earth to cook. You can probably relate to one or more of these:

  • You know that meal planning would probably help, but it feels like yet another thing to do and you don't have time.

  • You've tried weekly meal planning before but it never lasts.

  • You get mind blank when you try and think up meals.

Imagine having your meal plan and shopping lists sorted for 3 months (in time for the school holidays too...)

What's For Dinner? is a brilliantly simple meal planning strategy that will:

  • Eliminate “What's for dinner?" decision-making for 3 whole months, so you're not constantly trying to think of meal ideas

  • Cut back the time you spend prepping and cooking, so you have more of an evening to relax

  • Take away the headache of writing shopping lists and making sure you have what you need

Plus it’s 100% tailored to your household, and is flexible enough to allow for an impromptu takeaway. Or if your cheese-obsessed child suddenly decides they no longer like cheese.

Hi, I'm Lesley!

I have 15 years experience as an Operations Director and Project Manager which means I’m good at being efficient and getting stuff done.

Eating well has always been important to me but even more so when I became a mum. I wanted to give my body what it needs to run around after my boys and I also wanted to teach them about healthy eating.

But figuring out what to eat every day always felt like a chore. Yet another decision to make after a long day of decision-making. So I created a really simple method to make the whole thing easier.

FAQs

How long will it take?

People have created their plans in less than an hour - some in as little as 30 minutes

The combination of a clever meal-planning formula, easy strategies for coming up with meals, and of course my help means it really can be done quickly.

I have a fussy eater - will it work for me?

Absolutely, you'll create your plan based on foods that your family will eat - and I'll share 4 strategies for if you get stuck for ideas.

We’ve got various dietary requirements in our house, will it work for me?

Yep - your plan will be bespoke to you, so it will only include meals that everyone can eat.

What if I don’t want to eat what is planned in 2 months’ time?

You can absolutely deviate from the plan if you fancy something different at any point. This gives you a baseline. If you have no energy and don’t want to think about it again, you don’t have to. If you have a burst of enthusiasm to try a new recipe, or want to switch one meal out for another in a few weeks, you absolutely can.

I already use a meal kit like HelloFresh, or want to start. Can we build that in?

Absolutely. Meal kits are a brilliant way to make dinners easier so I am all for that! You can definitely build it into your plan.
