Hi, I'm Lesley...

...and if you're fed up with having a never-ending to-do list and 100 tabs open in your mind, I can help.

I'll show you how to shorten your to-do list, create an easy-to-manage home, and set up clever life admin systems, so you can spend more time enjoying life.

If that sounds like something you need, have a look through this page to see if me and my approach are your cup of tea, then head over to my How I Can Help page to find out...erm, how I can help!

First of all, let me fill you in on my backstory...

Building a career

16 years ago, I waltzed out of uni clutching a French degree and had no idea what to do with it. I stumbled my way into a Project Manager role, where I helped manufacturers pick the next big crisp flavour, come up with new air fresheners and even design the perfect-fitting condom (yes, really).

I enjoyed the work, but it drove me round the bend when bad systems got in my way. So I side-stepped into Operations Management and started tackling projects that would save time, energy and money. I've spent the last 15 years in these fields and continue to work part-time as a Global Operations Director.

I love many things about it, but I've always felt as though some higher purpose was missing from my work...

Enter: sleep deprivation

Then in January 2022, I became a mum. Exciting, magical, life-changing? Yes. Bloody hard? Also yes. For one reason or another, our son would continue to wake 5-10 times a night for the next 18 months. I found myself in a longer-than-expected period of survival mode.

Second only to keeping the tiny human alive, sleep fast became my top priority. But we still needed to eat, shower, get dressed and so on. With my sole focus being my next nap, I got ruthless with the rest.

Finding the path of least resistance in everyday tasks was a necessity. I questioned everything I would usually do and explored quicker ways of doing it, doing it less, or not at all. It was surprising how inefficient my usual ways were!

Making lives easier

Lying awake at night nursing my then 1 year-old, I decided I may as well do something productive with that time. So I started sharing my tips for making everyday life easier on social media. It took off, and it was clear that I wasn’t the only one craving a lighter load and a shorter to-do list.

Something clicked. This was it - I found my higher purpose! It dawned on me that I could use my professional expertise to help people live fuller lives.

And I love it! I love making a real difference to how people feel and how they live. What better reward than knowing I've helped people feel less stressed and less overwhelmed. Even better when they are finally able to make more time for themselves, hobbies, family, friends...anything they choose over chores!

Credentials and Horn-Tooting

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt)

A fancy-pants way of saying I know how to make things more efficient. Not gonna lie, I wish it was a green belt in karate, but this geekier alternative will probably be of more use to you.

PRINCE2 Project Management

A well-known Project Management qualification rubber stamping the fact that I like organisation, logic, structure and spreadsheets. I won't impose all of those on you (unless you want me to!), but it definitely helps me bring order to chaos.

First class* French and Linguistics degree

I slipped that little humble brag right in there didn't I? Take it as evidence of being a chronic over-achiever. If you ask for my help, rest assured that you will get my all - because that's just how I'm wired.

Level 5 Diploma in Positive Psychology**

The science of making life feel good, meaningful and worth getting out of bed for. It's all about using your natural strengths, being true to yourself and various other things that allow you to thrive. It definitely influences how I do things (more below).

* The highest grade awarded for UK university degrees. Where's the geek emoji?

** Confession: I only have 60% of this diploma because I dropped out. There, I said it! Something needed to give so I took it off my to-do list.

How I Do Things

Realistic and practical

I’m known for my faff-free approach. Instead of telling you to file-fold your knickers, I’ll suggest you chuck them in and shut the drawer. Simple, doable, and effective wins every time.

Action-focussed

We won’t spend weeks overthinking things – we’ll just get it done! Progress over perfection.

Right for YOU

What works for me won’t necessarily work for you. My job is to offer ideas, tools and shortcuts, then help you figure out what will work best for your life, your brain, and your priorities.

Judgement-free

Whether it’s your home, your calendar or the chaos in your head, I’m here to help – not to judge. I know you're not lazy or disorganised – you’re just juggling a lot.

Things I'd rather be doing...

...than life admin and chores

Being in nature

Tea and cake

Anything arty crafty

House and garden projects

The Juggle

For people (like me) trying to strike a better balance between the stuff we have to do and the stuff we want to do.
