What's For Dinner?

A brilliantly simple method for people who hate meal planning, but hate the 6pm fridge stare even more.

After a busy day, you just want to get dinner over and done with so you can sit quietly and stare at the TV for a bit before bed.

Instead, you find yourself wracking your brains trying to figure out what on earth to cook. You can probably relate to one or more of these:

  • You know that meal planning would probably help, but it feels like yet another thing to do and you don't have time.
  • You've tried weekly meal planning before but it never lasts.

  • You get mind blank when you try and think up meals.

How does 3 months of dinners sorted in less than an hour sound?

What's For Dinner? is a brilliantly simple meal planning method that, in less than one hour, will:

  • Give you back valuable brain space with no more dinner decisions for 3 whole months
  • Free up your evenings so you can decompress from your day
  • Take away mind blank with straightforward strategies for coming up with dinner dishes

Hi, I'm Lesley!

I have 15 years experience as an Operations Director and Project Manager which means I’m good at being efficient and getting stuff done.

Eating well has always been important to me but even more so when I became a mum. I wanted to give my body what it needs to run around after my boys and I also wanted to teach them about healthy eating.

But figuring out what to eat every day always felt like a chore. Yet another decision to make after a long day of decision-making. So I created a really simple method to make the whole thing easier.

3 steps to crossing 'What's For Dinner?" off your to-do list:

STEP 1: Have a plan for your plan

Figuring out your meals week-by-week doesn't work. A week goes fast and the task never really goes away. So first things first, I'll explain my brilliantly simple (and much better) plan.

STEP 2: Overcome Mind Blank

Even with an oh-so-clever plan that will see you through 12 weeks of dinner, you will still need to come up with a list of meals. To make it easy, I'll give you 4 tried-and-tested strategies to take the head-scratching away.

STEP 3: Create your shopping lists

Armed with your meal plan you'll be able to quickly jot down your shopping lists upfront so you can just grab and go each week. I've included my favourite ingredient swaps to make meal prep a load easier too

Will it really take less than an hour?

Yes! It might sound far-fetched - especially if you've tried meal planning before - but the combination of a clever meal-planning formula and a fresh perspective on coming up with meals means it really does take less than an hour.
